Import & reconcile SMS / CoS
SponsorGuard is import-first; it does not connect directly to UKVI SMS. Import your CoS PDFs to retain searchable evidence and reconcile against your workforce.
- Open SMS → Import and upload your Certificate of Sponsorship PDFs.
- SponsorGuard extracts each CoS and retains an evidence record for review under the applicable retention policy.
- Review the reconciliation against your live workforce — mismatches are flagged for you to act on.
- Confirm to commit; review the resulting SMS record and any unresolved issues before relying on it.
