Is SponsorGuard immigration legal advice?

No. SponsorGuard helps track, evidence and prepare sponsor-compliance work. AI-assisted outputs require human review. Decisions and submissions remain with your team and adviser; this is not immigration legal advice.

Do you connect directly to UKVI SMS?

There is no direct SMS connection in SponsorGuard. Import your CoS PDFs and reconcile them against your workforce. Keep your organisation's official SMS records and resolve flagged mismatches. See SMS reconciliation.

How does the SOC going-rate check work?

Enter the recorded SOC occupation code, pay and hours, and select the appropriate salary route. The calculation applies the recorded route and flags shortfalls against the calculated threshold. Your team checks route eligibility; the tool does not automatically decide that a discount is legally available. Figures show source and effective-date information where available. How current is the compliance data?

Check the source link and effective or checked date shown with each figure or register result. Monitoring jobs can flag official-source changes, but a scheduled monitor does not prove every figure is current. Verify the official source before a consequential decision.

What about the April 2026 HMRC cross-check?

SponsorGuard compares recorded pay against salary thresholds. It does not fetch HMRC payroll data or perform an official Home Office cross-check. Do not treat an internal salary flag as an HMRC result or assume a legal change date from this guide. Review current official guidance with your adviser.

How is my data secured and is it GDPR-compliant?

Access controls and tenant isolation support data handling. Read the privacy policy, cookie policy and security overview for details, rights and outstanding confirmations. These pages, rather than a help article, describe the legal commitments; the help centre does not certify GDPR compliance.

How do trials and billing work?

Self-serve accounts get a 7-day free trial — no card required to start. Invited pilot accounts get 30 days from activation of their invitation; first invitations are available from 12 October 2026. The invite-only pilot is a separate offer under the Pilot Terms. Review the pricing page and your in-app Billing screen for the current plan and allowance. Payment uses Stripe when checkout is available. Do not infer a charge, fixed price or unlimited allowance from these articles.

Can advisers and solicitors manage multiple clients?

Yes. Firms can add and switch isolated client workspaces. Permissions are determined by the active workspace membership, and plan allowances are shown in Billing. See adviser client management and for advisers.

Can I use my own AI tools?

The immigration-rules MCP integration supports cited retrieval for compatible AI clients such as Claude or Cursor where enabled. Availability depends on your account configuration; check with support before relying on access. Retrieved rules and AI output still require human review.

Can I check a company before signup?

The free Sponsor Compliance Health-Check uses the public sponsor register without login. A register listing does not prove the company's overall compliance. See the health-check guide.
